And to be honest with you I am impressed of the knowledge that Greg and His team provides for me and for specially my costumers.When I fist called, I had a ton of questions and I was tired of calling agents all over the Omaha area, non of them will give a straight forward answer. Most of the Agents on the insurance industry will not help you unless you are going to get a policy from them. To my surprise Mendoza Family Insurance took their time to answer in detail every single question that I had. They also did not pushed me to get a policy with them. After I got the quotes, I remember Greg explaining every detail of the policy and compering the different insurance company's that were going to work better for my business and my goals.When brokers ask for my certificate of insurance to book a load, Mendoza Family Insurance goes the extra mile and with in minutes the brokers receive what they need so my drivers don't waste any time to pick up the load.Two weeks ago someone hit one of my trailers and when I called Greg because I was not sure on how to proceed, He answer right away and advise what would be the right way of dealing with the situation. He went Above and beyond for me to make sure that I would not get taken advantage at all by the company that hit my trailer.There is a lot of Agents out there that will try to sell you a policy and then they move to the next person that wants a policy. Mendoza and their team ARE NOT LIKE ALL OF THE OTHER OUT THERE. Mendoza Family insurance and their team actually cares.
