Greg and Katrina have both been working in the customer service roll for the past 20 plus years. Greg began his career in 2003 working as an adjuster in the industry. For the next 11 years most of his work was related to personal injury liability claims. Given the experience and knowledge that he gained from the claims side he wanted to bring this over to the agency side to really help people with their policies by focusing on coverages and not just price. Katrina worked in the retail industry for over 17 years where she was very successful in developing teams and managing stores in the Mid-West. Now she brings those core values and skills over to her agency and maintain the focus around the customer needs.
I began my career in insurance in April 2003 as a field adjuster which I stayed with for a little over 15 years. I was a multi-line auto, property, and specialty adjuster. I have almost 20 years of insurance experience as both and adjuster and an agent. I teamed up with Greg Mendoza and became part of his agency. I enjoy teaching people about insurance and the benefits in brings to your life.
Claudia has almost 30 years of experience in customer service. She brings her last 13 years of experience from working in the telecommunications support world. We were very excited when she decided to come on board late 2021 and move her talents and skills over to the insurance industry for Mendoza Family Insurance. Her job her is to ensure the agency runs smoothly along with making sure clients and the agency have everything they need.
