Greg and Katrina have both been working in customer service roles for the past 20-plus years. Greg began his career in 2003, working as an adjuster in the industry. For the next 11 years, most of his work was related to personal injury liability claims. Given the experience and knowledge that he gained from the claims side, he wanted to bring this over to the agency side to really help people with their policies by focusing on coverages and not just price. Katrina worked in the retail industry for over 17 years, where she was very successful in developing teams and managing stores in the Midwest. Now she brings those core values and skills over to her agency and maintains the focus around customer needs.
With nearly three decades of customer service experience, Claudia is a seasoned professional. Transitioning from 13 years in telecommunications support, she joined Mendoza Family Insurance in late 2021, bringing her valuable skills to the insurance industry. In her role, Claudia ensures the agency operates seamlessly while providing clients and the team with exceptional support and resources.
